I've tried to fight it -- no one really wants a lover that is shared with 40 million others -- but after ten seasons, I've finally accepted the inevitable. Last season, our relationship was on the rocks a bit (generally bored judges, disappointingly unfunny Ellen Degeneres, Miley Cyrus as a mentor, etc), and Lord knows I was skeptical about the likes of Steven Tyler and J.Lo joining the ranks (despite my ardent love for them both individually).
